Company history: The Real Advantage, Inc., is a family owned corporation which was founded in 1996, but whose roots date back to 1972 when Calvin L. Wilkins, President, acquired his Real Estate License and began making investments not only in real estate, but also in his community. By realizing, a passion for being apart of the single most important purchase most people will make in their lifetime, decades later we have grown to become a well-known asset to our community. The Real Advantage, Inc., is now a leader in redevelopment and community revitalization and has bought and sold more than eight hundred homes since 1996. We have now grown to encompass over 100 years of real estate experience accumulated by its highly professional and passionate members.
